- 10x and 12.5x eyepieces and 4x, 10x, and 40x objective lenses
- Adjustable arm from 0 to 60 degrees provides comfortable viewing
- Five prepared slides and mechanical stage
An intermediate level biological microscope with advanced features. The electric illuminator provides direct control of light. The Abbe condenser and Iris diaphragm are supplied to concentrate and adjust the illumination. A mechanical stage is standard equipment with knobs controlling both axes for easy centering of specimen slides.

Entry from: Stornoway, United Kingdom Entry Title: "Yeah - we're in the Outer Hebrides!!!" Entry: "Alarm went off at 4.30, but we didn't need it as cars were arriving ready for the ferry. Ferry left on time at 5.30, beautiful morning, calm crossing, people next to us had binoculars and were watching puffins. After arriving on the Isle of Harris we drove up the west coast to the most amazing beach, boys played for hours, we all enjoyed the sun, and it's just fab to be here. I truly love this part of the world and it's great to see the boys liking it too. Mid afternoon we made our way up to Stornoway and along the peninsular to Eagleton where our friend Graham lives. Wow, what a place to live, can't describe it so will post a photo, but the views are fantastic, and right next to the beach.
