Question by Jon J: Binocular Double Vision Problem : Barska Gladiator Zoom 10-30 x 60?
I just purchased this pair of binoculars and so far they're great except a double vision problem. I read reviews and other people have mentioned they've had the problem too, but I couldn't find anything on correcting it. I like the binoculars and I'd rather not return them if there's something I can do with the adjustments myself. They came with minimal instructions (mainly adjusting focus/eye piece distance) and didn't have a troubleshooting area. I've tried several adjustments, but it can't seem to clear it up. I've left a message with Barska customer support but they have yet to return my call.

+I think perhaps that because of the holiday, they probably won't return your call until Tuesday. I wouldn't wait; I would call them Tuesday morning. Just keep in mind what time zone they are in. They don't have much on their web site for support other than how to contact them, so just sit tight.
